Head of Product – Community Platform
Location: New York, USA (Hybrid)
In US relocation support available.
We're looking for a Head of Product to define the strategy and roadmap for a large-scale community platform that connects creators, educators, and industry partners. This is a hands-on product leadership role where you'll shape platform vision, prioritise high-impact initiatives, and build experiences that drive engagement, participation, and long-term growth.
You'll work closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex ecosystem needs into scalable platform capabilities. From discovery and experimentation through to launch and optimisation, you'll use data, user research, and strategic thinking to deliver meaningful product outcomes while balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders.

What we're looking for:
- 10+ years of product management experience
- Proven background building community or platform products at scale
- Strong experience defining product strategy and roadmaps
- Ability to balance multiple stakeholder priorities and drive alignment
- Data-driven approach to product discovery, experimentation, and growth
- Strong technical understanding of platform architecture and integrations
- Experience with creator, marketplace, or community platforms
- Familiarity with AI-powered products and workflows
- Understanding of open-source communities or contribution-based ecosystems
- Passion for gaming, education, or creator-focused products
