Senior Business Development Manager – Mobile Game Art Outsourcing Location: Barcelona, Spain (On-site/Hybrid) Type: Full-time

About the Role My client is a premier mobile gaming art production studio working with industries biggest names - they are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive their expansion across the European market. Specializing in high-quality stylized art and visual storytelling, we partner with industry-leading developers to bring immersive gaming experiences to life.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a strategic role for a high-level individual contributor capable of operating with Director-level autonomy. You will be responsible for building lasting partnerships, identifying new revenue opportunities, and representing our brand at the heart of the global gaming ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients in the mobile gaming sector to grow the studio's client base across Europe.
    
    
• Develop go-to-market strategies and collaborate with marketing teams on targeted campaigns.
    
• Deliver compelling pitches and negotiate contracts that foster long-term growth and partnerships.
    
• Represent the studio at key industry events (Gamescom, GDC, Nordic Game) to expand brand awareness and networks.
    
• Collaborate with internal art and production teams to align on client expectations and market trends.
    
• Track sales pipelines and revenue outcomes to provide actionable strategic insights.
    

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in art outsourcing within the gaming industry (Strict Requirement).
• 10+ years of total experience in Business Development or Sales.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing key client accounts.
    
• Strong understanding of outsourcing models, production pipelines, and art production processes.
    
• Fluent English is required; additional European languages are a distinct advantage.
    
• Willingness to travel monthly to Barcelona (if not based there) and frequently across Europe for events.
