About the Role:
An established indie studio is seeking a Lead Artist / Art Director to champion the visual identity of their upcoming stylized game in active production.
The project has a beautifully defined visual foundation, but we are looking for an artistic leader to guide its evolution, map out remaining concepts, and drive implementation, while bringing a breath of fresh air to an established art-style!
Stylized fantasy art-style!
You will collaborate directly with Technical Art, Design, and Production to solve creative and technical challenges within Unreal Engine and manage 3 direct reports:
- two 3D Modelers
- one Animator
This is a fully remote position open to candidates who can seamlessly collaborate within European time zones.
