We are seeking a hands-on senior individual contributor to own the live performance of a global platform's meta suite. In this position, you will decide what events to run, what to change, and why, while managing reward economies globally. Economy decisions in this role carry direct daily profit and loss consequences.

- Plan and run the weekly and seasonal LiveOps calendar, including tentpole events and boosted periods.
- Own reward budgets across the meta suite, managing currency faucets and sinks.
- Segment high-value players and build differentiated VIP retention journeys and rewards.
- Define and run A/B tests across event formats, progression pacing, and meta mechanics.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in LiveOps, monetization, or economy roles on live games or gaming platforms.
- Experience with skill-based gaming, iGaming, casino, or sweepstakes is strongly preferred.
- Strong command of cohort economics, including lifetime value, payer conversion, and retention curves.
- Fluency in economy management, budget control, and payout shaping.
