What you will do? 
  • You will join an established creative team working on a mobile life-sim game. You will be responsible for crafting engaging, well-balanced, gameplay experiences, designing and refining core game mechanics, progression, economy, and player interaction.
  • You will join an AI initiative for video game creation to be the creative voice in a tech oriented team.
The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of player psychology, game loops, and mechanics, with the ability to prototype, iterate, and bring ideas to life in collaboration with the wider team.

Your day to day:
  • Design and refine gameplay systems, ensuring a satisfying flow, game loops, and balance.
  • Design and refine game economy and progression, ensuring player engagement and retention.
  • Identify design challenges and propose creative, player-focused solutions.
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback and playtesting.
  • Create and maintain clear documentation (design outlines, diagrams, mockups).
  • Dive into the game engine to refine prototype or adjust gameplay elements.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, artists, and other creatives to bring designs to life.
  • Support developers during implementation, ensuring designs are executed effectively.
Who you are?
  • Have at least 4-5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Have a strong portfolio that showcases your design thinking.
  • Have a deep understanding of the following game design principles (progression, economy, system).
  • Have strong analytical and documentation skills.
  • You understand UI/UX and how to guide the player’s experience.
  • Have a Passion for video games and understanding of the current trends.
  • You have excellent time management and ability to work independently.
  • You are fluent in English (written & spoken).
  • You are a team player who is comfortable with feedback and iteration.
  • You’re proactive, anticipate problems, and bring solutions to the table.
  • If you have experience with UGC, Mobile, or AI workflows this is a massive plus.
