Key Responsibilities
- Own the production lifecycle for a live strategy title, balancing immediate needs with long-term strategic priorities.
- Bridge strategy and delivery to ensure all team output aligns with the broader franchise vision.
- Design and implement lightweight, adaptable collaborative systems that scale with the team and reduce friction.
- Facilitate clear, cross-discipline communication between business, creative, technical, and marketing teams.
- Navigate competing priorities to protect product quality while supporting sustainable team productivity and wellbeing.
- Substantial experience in mobile game development, live operations, and multi-platform publishing.
- Deep expertise in various production methodologies, including agile, waterfall, and hybrid frameworks.
- Proven leadership ability to inspire teams, steer effective decision-making, and remove development blockers.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a pragmatic approach to daily production challenges.
- Familiarity with incorporating AI-assisted workflows (like documentation, sprint prep, or risk modeling) to accelerate team performance.
