THE ROLE ��
>Lead development teams (Engineering, Art, Design, QA) across full development and live ops.
>Own project planning, scope, timelines, milestones, and key deliverables.
>Act as the main point of contact between internal teams and international partners, driving clarity and decisions.
>Identify risks early, unblock the team, and ensure high product quality across all disciplines.
>Review KPIs and live metrics to support prioritisation and product improvements.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING ��
>3+ years in game production or project management in the games industry.
>Hands-on mobile game development experience with shipped titles on the
>App Store and/or Google Play.
>Excellent professional English communication skills.
>Strong ownership, organisation, and judgement, with the ability to balance quality, scope, and delivery.
