Head of Player Support - Metaverse - Remote working from anywhere

My client is making waves in the Metaverse - they have recent investment, success, and a product that is live now and evolving. This is where you come in - they are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years leading a player support/moderation department.

The right candidate will be able to:

• Propose and execute the in-game support strategy for our decentralized community.
• Oversee the customer service of our social media channels including Discord, Reddit, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Be the voice of the player sharing their comments with other teams to collaboratively solve player problems.
• Propose outsourcing vendors and manage the relationship throughout the project life cycle.
• Build a world-class moderation and player support team.
