Role Overview
 
The ideal candidate is a proactive professional capable of anticipating market shifts and managing multiple marketing campaigns in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate closely with leadership to deliver impactful programs that support both core business objectives and newly launched ventures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational growth goals.
  • Own go-to-market initiatives for services, solutions, and strategic business areas.
  • Plan, manage, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels while ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Strengthen brand visibility and oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, social media, and content marketing.
  • Lead cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies to plan and deliver marketing initiatives efficiently.
  • Track key marketing metrics, including brand reach and lead generation, utilizing data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • 9-13 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Strategy, Campaign Management, or related disciplines.
  • A strong understanding of go-to-market strategy, campaign planning, and brand positioning.
  • Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholder expectations and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in B2B marketing environments is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools, project management systems, and structured workflow processes is preferred.
