Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational growth goals.
- Own go-to-market initiatives for services, solutions, and strategic business areas.
- Plan, manage, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels while ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
- Strengthen brand visibility and oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, social media, and content marketing.
- Lead cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies to plan and deliver marketing initiatives efficiently.
- Track key marketing metrics, including brand reach and lead generation, utilizing data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
- 9-13 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Strategy, Campaign Management, or related disciplines.
- A strong understanding of go-to-market strategy, campaign planning, and brand positioning.
- Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholder expectations and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in B2B marketing environments is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with marketing tools, project management systems, and structured workflow processes is preferred.
