Senior Games Analyst (Growth & Insight) – Mobile F2P
Location: London (Shoreditch) / Hybrid (2 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Work Pattern: 4-Day Work Week (Mon–Thurs, 30 hours, full pay)
Compensation: Up to £70,000 base salary + comprehensive corporate benefits
The Opportunity A top-tier mobile games studio, backed by a major global gaming entertainment group, is seeking a Senior Games Analyst to join their growth and insights team. Specializing exclusively in globally recognized free-to-play (F2P) automotive titles, this studio offers the robust resources and cross-studio network of a worldwide conglomerate, combined with the agile culture of an independent developer.

This role bridges technical data science and commercial product strategy, working cross-functionally alongside product, live-ops, and marketing divisions to maximize player retention, conversion, and LTV for massive live car titles.
Core Responsibilities

• Extract and interpret complex player data to deliver actionable insights directly to game leadership teams across multiple automotive titles.
• Develop robust statistical models to map user behavior patterns, predict future live-ops performance, and automate analytical workflows.
• Forecast the direct commercial performance of upcoming gameplay features, AB tests, CRM initiatives, and player retargeting campaigns.
• Perform deep-dive analyses on core F2P lifecycle metrics including player churn, conversion funnels, and monetization mechanics.
• Collaborate with broader analytical divisions across the global parent group's studio network to elevate data standards and share cross-product growth strategies.

Key Requirements

• Proven professional track record as a Data or Product Analyst within the free-to-play (F2P) mobile games sector.
• Demonstrated experience translating high-volume data sets into quantifiable improvements in game performance and revenue.
• Advanced technical proficiency in SQL and Python for sophisticated data extraction, manipulation, and statistical modeling.
• Hands-on experience configuring, executing, and evaluating rigorous AB testing methodologies.
• Excellent data visualization and presentation skills, with a proven ability to translate complex statistical conclusions to non-technical stakeholders.
