About the Role We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Lead Product Manager to join a premier mobile gaming studio in Barcelona. In this role, you will take ownership of a critical vertical within one of the world's most successful mobile franchises: the live mini-games ecosystem. You will be responsible for defining the roadmap, driving cross-functional execution, and ensuring that millions of daily players remain engaged through innovative, high-quality content.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the live mini-game roadmap to align with franchise vision and business goals.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across design, engineering, art, and analytics to ensure seamless feature integration.
• Author and maintain comprehensive product specifications and documentation.
• Proactively identify and mitigate production risks and blockers.
• Leverage data-driven insights to iterate on features and improve long-term player retention.
• Monitor market trends and competitive benchmarks to maintain a best-in-class product offering.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management within the mobile gaming industry.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in mobile game loops, player motivations, and live-ops strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex gameplay data.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholders.
• A collaborative, low-ego approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
