Core Responsibilities
- Drive major product features and systems from inception through launch and live-ops iteration.
- Define and reinforce product standards, best practices, and outcome-driven thinking.
- Mentor and support a team of Product Managers, fostering growth in strategic thinking and ownership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leads in Design, Engineering, and Analytics to ensure alignment with player needs and business goals.
- Identify ecosystem-level opportunities beyond individual features to strengthen long-term player retention.
- 7+ years of experience in product management, specifically within F2P mobile games or high-scale consumer digital products.
- Proven track record of shipping high-impact features within complex, live-service ecosystems.
- Expertise in setting hypotheses, defining KPIs, and interpreting large-scale data to drive iteration.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and mentor junior talent.
- Advanced Excel skills and a deep understanding of casual social game mechanics.
