We are working with a leading global mobile game publisher seeking a Senior Game Designer to help shape the future of our gaming portfolio. You will lead the transition of our products from a hypercasual framework to a deeper, hybrid-casual model. Your expertise will be critical in creating engaging, seamless, and profitable gaming experiences.
  
What You Will Do:
  • Lead the transition to hybrid-casual models by enhancing core loops and introducing effective game progression.
  • Drive retention, engagement, and monetization strategies.
  • Propose comprehensive design solutions for live events and social features.
  • Expand design briefs into complete specifications, ensuring all technical questions are answered.
  • Collaborate with cross-discipline teams for prototyping and feature iteration.
  • Manage and balance the game economy using data-driven monetization strategies.
  • Conduct user testing and evaluate data to document findings for future development.
What We Are Looking For:
  • At least 3 years of experience working as a Game Designer with an equivalent portfolio.
  • Deep knowledge of mobile game design principles, player motivation, and economy balancing.
  • A strong passion for music and rhythm-based gameplay.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work in a data-driven environment.
  • Experience with wireframing tools such as Figma or Adobe XD, and spreadsheet software like Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
