Shooting Game Operations Lead – Remote | $100k + Bonus & Shares
Are you a strategic leader with deep expertise in FPS/TPS game operations?

Join a global gaming group as a Shooting Game Operations Lead, driving lifecycle strategies, esports ecosystems, and live ops for high-performing shooter titles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own lifecycle planning for shooter games, including launch, seasonal updates, and esports.
  • Analyse combat data (weapon pick rates, map win rates, battle pass engagement) to optimise balance and monetisation.
  • Build competitive ecosystems: pro leagues, community tournaments, and streaming partnerships.
  • Lead anti-cheat initiatives and player segmentation strategies.
  • Align cross-functional teams across R&D, marketing, and publishing.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years in game operations, with 3+ years leading FPS/TPS titles.
  • Shipped at least one title with $4M+ monthly revenue.
  • Strong grasp of core metrics (K/D ratio, session length, pass penetration).
  • Proven success in growing DAU and managing anti-cheat partnerships.
  • Esports network including streamers, pro teams, and peripheral brands.
Bonus Points:
  • Experience in Western or SEA markets.
  • Hardcore player of VALORANT, Call of Duty, or Apex Legends.
