We’re looking for a Senior Producer �� for a start-up based in the North West of the UK.

The studio was founded with an extremely Senior and Talented team who exited after their studio was bought by a global publisher. ��They will be working on F2P game (mobile first) as this is where their pedigree and success have been, but like their previous hit (large midcore / sports PvP game)

�� Hybrid (2 days) in the �� North West of the UK.
��️They have a 4 day working week ��️
��Salary range is a cool £55-70k (with flex) ��
�� Profit-based bonus
�� Private Medical Insurance
��Willing to relocate and sponsor �� visa’s

The Role:
As a Producer, you will oversee the development of a mobile free-to-play game from concept to release as a Live service. You will work closely with our Creative Director and all parts of our development team, to ensure that your development plan is aligned with the game vision and operates with optimal utilisation of our talent and to the highest quality standards. You will be committed to continual iteration in the light of internal and external feedback data in pursuit of excellence and player engagement in every aspect of the game. You will recognise, understand and be able to balance the tension between product excellence, time and cost. Your leadership will drive the success of our games, ensuring they meet market demands and our players' expectations.

Experience Required:
��5 years+ experience in Production with a focus on Mobile Games ��
��Experience working across mixed discipline teams ��
��Experience with JIRA and other project management software ��
�� Proven track record of successfully ��launched games, especially in the �� mobile gaming sector.
�� Deep understanding of the mobile gaming market, current trends, and �� monetisation strategies.
�� Strong leadership skills and experience managing multidisciplinary �� game development teams.

�� Experience in user testing and feedback loops to refine game features.��
