Lead Gameplay Animator

Our client who is based in three countries is looking for a Lead Gameplay Animator to work on multiple AAA titles.

This is a on-site role based in either Copenhagen, Barcelona, and Malmo.

What you will do:

• Lead the animation team in the process of creating animations that fits the style and vision and has a great feel on the sticks.
• Support the animators in growing their skillset to reach a compelling animation style and drive the animation vision for the team.
• Bring Vision into imaginative motion through a keyframe.
• Work with the Animation Director and Producers to ensure that their creative vision will be produced within the production timeline.

• Someone who can craft animations without solely relying on Motion Capture.
• Someone who can create benchmark animations for the team when necessary.
• A naturally curious individual with a mindset that is not afraid to learn new things.
