Scott began his recruitment journey in the fast-paced world of I.T recruitment within the banking sector. In 2009, he leveraged this expertise to transition into the video games industry, combining his technical understanding with a love for games to build something truly impactful.
Scott's mission was to create an agency founded on principles of integrity, dynamism, commitment, and accountability. These values serve as the foundation for InGame's interactions with employees, business partners, and clients, approaching recruitment with a focused and solution-oriented mindset, emphasising openness and transparency.
