Head of Growth
Location: Remote

We're looking for a Head of Growth to blend strategy, creativity, and execution to help scale our platform from early beta to a breakout creative ecosystem. This is a high-impact, single-threaded leadership role with full ownership over growth, where you'll set the strategy, execute from the ground up, and hire key talent across the growth team as we scale.

You'll lead our zero-to-one growth motion by building community flywheels across platforms like Discord, X, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitch. Working closely with Product and Engineering, you'll engage directly with our earliest users to transform insights into repeatable growth loops, craft multi-channel go-to-market strategies, and drive creator and influencer partnerships. Alongside shipping emotionally resonant content and community campaigns, you'll establish key metrics to scale proven growth playbooks.


What we are looking for 

• Proven hands-on experience building a zero-to-one growth motion within a startup environment
• Deep focus on user psychology, understanding emotional drivers and self-expression beyond simple metrics
• Ability to make growth feel like play through fun, shareable, and delightful experiences
• Content-obsessed storytelling skills with a knack for internet-native formats like memes, shorts, and tweets
• Deep connection to creator and influencer culture (being a creator yourself is a plus) Versatility spanning community building, brand strategy, and creative direction

Nice to have:

• Experience as the first growth or marketing hire at a breakout consumer, UGC, or gaming startup
• Track record of crafting brand and positioning work that resonates with Gen Z, Gen Alpha, or creator audiences
• Prior experience working within a 3D, gaming, or interactive platform company
• Technical and AI-savvy mindset, including familiarity with analytics, automation, and community integrations
