They are seeking a Game Producer (Mid to Senior level) to serve as the operational engine for core releases, turning high-level roadmaps into chart-topping games!

They are seeking a Game Producer (Mid to Senior level) to serve as the operational engine for core releases, turning high-level roadmaps into chart-topping games!
What You’ll Do:
- Drive End-to-End Delivery: Take full ownership of feature lifecycles from backlog grooming to global app store launch.
- Lead Agile Operations: Run sprint planning, manage roadmaps, clear team blockers, and keep sprint pipelines razor-sharp.
- Empower Creative Teams: Directly mentor and lead a dedicated internal production pod across 2D/3D art & UX pipelines.
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner closely with Product, Tech Leads, Growth, and LiveOps to ensure high-impact, timely deployments.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years in mobile games production or project management with commercially shipped titles.
- Proven track record leading agile workflows with cross-functional teams (Dev, Art, Design, QA, Product).
- People management experience or demonstrable readiness to step into line leadership.
- Solid grasp of art/UX asset pipelines and Jira sprint environments.
- Fluent in English
