Senior Game Developer (AI)
Location: London, UK - Hybrid or Remote (B2B) from within the EU

We’re looking for a Senior Game Developer to build and ship HTML5 slot games using TypeScript and PIXI.js. This is a hands-on role covering game mechanics, animations, server integration, prototyping, and performance across real mobile devices.

Alongside game development, you’ll take ownership of building an AI-native development workflow from the ground up. You’ll create agent tooling, MCP integrations, automated testing and review loops, helping the wider team use AI safely and effectively across the game development process.

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years building HTML5 browser-based slots or comparable real-time HTML5 games
• Strong TypeScript, JavaScript, Node and PIXI.js experience
• Experience with REST APIs and WebSockets
• Strong hands-on experience with coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex or Cursor
• Experience building AI development workflows from 0→1
• Strong understanding of AI-assisted coding, automated checks and review loops
• Experience with cross-browser and multi-device optimisation
• Clean, maintainable coding practices and strong technical judgement
• Fluent English and strong collaboration skills

Nice to have:

• Production experience where AI agents handled a meaningful share of development
• MCP servers, subagent pipelines, evals or agent-focused CI
• Slot maths knowledge including RTP, volatility and paytables
• Framework or engine development experience
• WebGL/shader, Spine or Rive experience
• Asset-pipeline automation
• Crypto, real-money gaming or provably-fair mechanics experience
• Interest in AI agents that can build, test and iterate on games
