Senior Unity Developer
Location: Remote

We're looking for a Senior Unity Developer to help build and scale a real-time multiplayer mobile game for a global audience. This is a hands-on role where you'll design, develop, and ship gameplay and LiveOps features, while ensuring performance, stability, and scalability across iOS and Android.

You'll work closely with designers, artists, backend engineers, and QA to deliver features from concept through to live release. A key focus will be on multiplayer networking, LiveOps systems, mobile optimisation, and maintaining a high-quality player experience in a fast-paced live environment.

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of professional Unity and C# development experience
• Experience shipping and supporting live mobile games
• Strong knowledge of real-time multiplayer networking (Photon Fusion or similar)
• Experience building LiveOps features and backend integrations
• Strong understanding of mobile optimisation and Unity performance
• Excellent communication skills and experience working in remote teams

Nice to have:

• Experience with Photon Fusion 2
• Familiarity with Azure or other cloud platforms
• Experience with Unity Addressables, feature flags, and A/B testing
• Knowledge of monetisation systems, anti-cheat, or live service tooling
• Experience working on sports or multiplayer action games
