Founded by industry veterans with a Supercell lineage, our studio collaborates with top game developers to bring visually stunning, highly stylized mobile gaming experiences to life. We are looking for an entrepreneurial leader with a deep understanding of the gaming production and outsourcing ecosystem to drive growth across the Americas.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial leader with a deep understanding of the gaming production and outsourcing ecosystem to drive growth across the Americas.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze regional gaming trends to uncover new opportunities in mobile game art.
- Develop targeted regional go-to-market strategies and collaborate on localized campaigns.
- Identify and engage potential clients in the North American and LATAM mobile gaming sectors.
- Represent the studio at key industry events (e.g., GDC, Pocket Gamer Connects, BIG Festival).
- Negotiate contracts that foster long-term growth and meet or exceed regional revenue goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for regional clients, ensuring quality delivery and gathering feedback.
- 5-8 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within gaming or game art production.
- Strong understanding of outsourcing models, production pipelines, and art production processes.
- An established, active network of contacts among game development studios and publishers in NA and/or LATAM.
- Degree in International Business Management, Marketing, Sales/Strategic Management (or a related field).
- Fluent English is required; professional proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a strong asset.
- A deep passion for gaming and extensive knowledge of industry trends (F2P, mobile mechanics).
- Willingness to travel across North America and LATAM for client meetings and industry events.
