Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end performance for assigned channels, apps, and markets.
- Plan, execute, and scale campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, DSPs, and other emerging channels.
- Scale budget spend while strictly maintaining efficiency.
- Drive creative-led growth rather than relying solely on standard media buying.
- Work closely with creative teams to identify, test, and scale winning ad concepts.
- Analyze performance across the entire full funnel.
- Identify opportunities for scaling and resolve any existing bottlenecks.
- Align your overall UA strategy directly with product and business goals.
- Requires 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition, ideally within the mobile sector.
- Requires proven experience managing large-scale budgets across multiple channels.
- Requires deep knowledge of attribution mechanisms, including SKAN, MMPs, and postbacks.
- Requires a strong understanding of funnel metrics, cohort analysis, and incrementality versus correlation.
- Requires a proven ability to proactively scale campaigns rather than just maintaining them.
- Requires an analytical yet creative mindset to understand what truly makes ads convert.
- Requires an attitude of high ownership, requiring no waiting for instructions.
