A leading creative studio is seeking a Senior Game Designer to join their team. This role offers the unique opportunity to work across two high-impact projects: an established mobile life-simulation game and a pioneering AI-driven video game creation initiative. - Design and refine gameplay systems, core mechanics, and game loops for a mobile life-sim.
- Balance game economies and progression systems to maximize player engagement and retention.
- Serve as the primary creative voice within a technical team developing AI tools for game creation.
- Produce high-quality documentation, including design outlines, diagrams, and mockups.
- Directly iterate on designs within the game engine to refine prototypes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with UI/UX designers, artists, and developers to ensure design intent is maintained through implementation.
- Minimum 4-5 years of professional game design experience.
- A portfolio demonstrating expertise in progression, economy, and system design.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas through clear documentation.
- Deep understanding of player psychology and UI/UX principles.
- Experience with Mobile platforms, UGC, or AI workflows is highly advantageous.
- UK Work rights is a must, VISA isn't possible.
