We are looking for a skilled, entrepreneurial Senior Marketing Artist to join our high-performance environment and shape the future of mobile gaming creatives.

What You Will Do
- Ideate and execute highly engaging, user-centric creative concepts for live mobile games.
- Produce high-performing 2D and 3D video creatives designed to reach millions of global players.
- Take full ownership of technical asset implementation directly within the Unity engine.
- Track creative performance metrics and apply data-driven insights to iterate on future concepts.
- Build and manage efficient, repeatable AI-assisted production workflows to elevate creative quality.
- Balance a workload focused heavily on marketing ads (80%) while also contributing to in-game assets (20%).
- You have 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a casual, puzzle, or hybrid-casual mobile gaming studio.
- You possess a convincing portfolio showcasing previous work on marketing video ads.
- You are a master of Photoshop, After Effects, and standard 2D/3D art pipelines.
- You have strong, demonstrable experience implementing technical assets within Unity (mandatory).
- You thrive with a "hacker mindset," prioritizing fast iteration, workflow optimization, and problem-solving.
- You are willing to relocate to Hamburg and work in a collaborative, hybrid office environment (visa and relocation support provided).
