This role involves full ownership of social media strategy, community engagement, and influencer partnerships for a high-potential top-down hero shooter.
Responsibilities
- Direct all social media channels including TikTok, Instagram, X, and YouTube.
- Build and moderate player communities on Discord and Reddit.
- Produce and edit short-form video content, including gameplay highlights and patch notes.
- Identify and manage relationships with content creators and influencers in the mobile gaming space.
- Translate community feedback into actionable insights for the development team.
- Track performance metrics and iterate on content strategy based on data.
- 3+ years of experience in social media or community management within the mobile games industry.
- Proven video editing skills (Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve) with a portfolio of gaming content.
- Direct experience with hero shooters, battle royales, or top-down competitive mobile games.
- Experience managing influencer campaigns and creator networks.
- Excellent written communication skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, independent indie studio environment.
