A premier developer of a multi-game mobile platform is seeking a strategic Lead User Acquisition Manager to spearhead global growth. You will own the growth agenda, architecting the channel mix and turning experimentation into repeatable playbooks that drive DAU, revenue, and LTV. This is a leadership-heavy role involving the management of a high-performing UA team and multi-million dollar annual budgets.

A premier developer of a multi-game mobile platform is seeking a strategic Lead User Acquisition Manager to spearhead global growth. You will own the growth agenda, architecting the channel mix and turning experimentation into repeatable playbooks that drive DAU, revenue, and LTV. This is a leadership-heavy role involving the management of a high-performing UA team and multi-million dollar annual budgets.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute long-term UA strategy and roadmaps for key global markets and game verticals.
- Lead and mentor a team of UA specialists, fostering a culture of rigorous testing and data-driven learning.
- Manage significant annual budgets, setting strict guardrails for ROAS, payback windows, and LTV.
- Oversee high-impact campaigns across paid social, UAC, programmatic, and emerging OEM channels.
- Partner with Data Science to refine attribution models and connect UA metrics to downstream retention and monetization.
- Collaborate with Product and Live Ops to optimize in-app onboarding flows and conversion rates.
- 6-9 years of experience in performance marketing/UA, with at least 3 years specifically in mobile gaming.
- Proven track record of managing seven-figure annual budgets and hitting ROAS targets for top-grossing titles.
- Deep expertise in Meta, Google, TikTok, and programmatic networks, alongside proficiency in MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular).
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including hiring and developing marketing talent.
- Advanced analytical skills, including cohort analysis and incrementality testing.
- Strong understanding of F2P game economics and Live Ops.
