Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and adaptation of features specifically for the US market.
- Rapidly prototype new mechanics and move them into the testing phase quickly.
- Manage the full feature lifecycle from initial concept to live release.
- Utilize A/B testing and player data to iterate on engagement and monetization KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with market trends and audience expectations.
- 6+ years of professional experience in casual or mobile game design.
- Proven expertise in the US games market, including trends and player psychology.
- Strong background in data-driven iteration and structured experimentation
- Experience in "turning around" game performance through feature optimization.
- Excellent communication skills for documenting and presenting design decisions.
