Responsibilities
- Manage large-scale user acquisition campaigns across gaming ad networks including Google, Unity, and various DSPs.
- Identify and target specific user segments with tailored messaging and creative assets.
- Conduct deep competitive research and market trend analysis to derive actionable insights.
- Collaborate with product teams to influence in-game features and monetization strategies based on UA data.
- Oversee CPE campaigns on offer walls and rewarded play networks.
- Provide continuous creative feedback and data-driven optimization.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in user acquisition specifically within the mobile gaming sector.
- Proven track record with advertising platforms such as Applovin, Unity, and Google Ads.
- Technical experience working with MMPs and BI tools like Amplitude or Tableau.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
- A passion for the gaming industry and hitting ambitious growth targets.
- Fluency in English.
