About the Role: We are working with a global team of game lovers developing and innovating within the mobile games industry. We are seeking a Senior Game Designer to help shape the gameplay experience for a highly successful casual mobile game. Working on a hybrid basis in Seville, Spain, you will contribute to the product roadmap and ensure that every user interaction is highly engaging.

- Analyse player data and feedback to make informed design choices.
- Translate high-level concepts into actionable and detailed game design plans.
- Create comprehensive game design documentation, such as user flows and feature specifications.
- Maintain a cohesive visual identity across game features by working closely with the Art, UX, and Product teams.
- Refine the design implementation process by collaborating with artists, technical artists, and engineers.
- 5+ years of design experience specifically in free-to-play mobile casual games.
- Proven professional experience as a Senior Designer within the mobile gaming industry.
- Proficiency in designing complex systems across Core, Meta, and Social gameplay layers.
- A track record of successfully designing, conducting, and analysing A/B tests.
- Excellent remote and in-person communication skills.
- Bonus: Background in social casino games or casual social games featuring deep customization and meta progression.
