VP of Product - Community Platform (Global Community & Games/Education)

A leading organisation at the intersection of games, learning and digital communities is seeking a VP of Product to lead the strategy and evolution of a global community platform that supports creators, learners and partner studios around the world.

This role will suit a senior product leader with extensive experience building large‑scale community platforms and an interest in empowering the next generation of digital creators.

Key Responsibilities

Own the product strategy and roadmap for a multi‑stakeholder community platform.
Build systems that drive participation, contribution, learning pathways and credentialing.
Partner closely with engineering, learning and leadership teams to deliver platform capabilities.
Drive experimentation, rapid iteration and data‑led decision making.
Lead platform‑wide initiatives related to API development, learning orchestration and reputation systems.

Experience Required

10+ years in product management with strong experience in community‑driven digital platforms.
Proven ability to scale products across diverse user groups.
Strong cross‑functional leadership and strategic thinking.
Technical fluency in platform architecture and integrations.
Understanding of UX, motivational systems and game‑driven learning.
