You will not just execute campaigns; you will define the "why" and "how" behind content that scales across the US and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end creative and content strategy for performance marketing, organic growth, and brand experimentation.
- Develop a strong content point-of-view grounded in deep US audience insights, moving beyond standard industry benchmarks.
- Lead rapid testing and iteration loops to identify high-performing hooks, narratives, and formats.
- Partner with Product, UA, and Data teams to transform creative insights into scalable growth systems.
- Direct external agencies and internal resources to raise the bar on creative quality and originality.
- 7-10 years of experience leading content-led growth within gaming, short-form video apps, or consumer tech.
- Deep expertise in the US market—understanding the cultural nuances, narratives, and trends that drive engagement.
- A systems-thinking approach to content, balancing creative intuition with performance data.
- High agency and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
- Proven ability to scale a business or product within the US territory.
