Senior Narrative Designer - Central Europe

We are currently seeking a talented Senior Narrative Game Designer to join a development studio in Central Europe.

The project is an RPG, open world, sandbox, co-op multiplayer game, set in a Medieval atmosphere.
For the right candidate, a remote option is available, provided you’re based within an EU time zone.
In this role, you will work as part of the game design team to create compelling emergent world narrative and quest content and work on some core game design features.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a passionate, international group of developers and play a key role in shaping the narrative foundation of our next title.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the design and production teams to oversee and implement all narrative content, from dialogue to in-world-lore.
• Design and implement engaging quests and gameplay features.
• Take ownership of all gameplay dialogue, including writing, implementation and iteration

Desired Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of professional experience in game design & narrative design.
• Strong quest design expertise.
• Extensive knowledge of Unreal engine.
• Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and an inspiring strong work ethic.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Pluses:

• Experience working in an open-world sandbox survival game.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Articy
