A well-funded, independent studio is looking for an Experienced Unreal Developer to help build high-quality PC/console titles in Unreal Engine 5.

A well-funded, independent studio is looking for an Experienced Unreal Developer to help build high-quality PC/console titles in Unreal Engine 5.
The role
- Take ownership of core gameplay systems, tools, and pipelines in UE5.
- Collaborate closely with design, art, and production to prototype, iterate, and polish features.
- Help optimise performance and ensure a stable, scalable codebase for live and future projects.
- Strong commercial experience with Unreal Engine (C++ and Blueprint) on shipped or in-production titles.
- Solid understanding of gameplay programming, architecture, and performance optimisation.
- Comfortable working in a remote, autonomous environment and communicating clearly with a multi‑disciplinary team.
- Experience on PC/console action or multiplayer titles.
- Knowledge of animation systems, networking, or tools development in Unreal.
