Senior Technical Producer Location: Barcelona or Sevilla, Spain (Hybrid) Salary: €45,000 - €73,000 (Dependent on experience)

About the Role We are seeking a Senior Technical Producer to partner with our Engineering, DevOps, and Live Ops teams. You will drive the technical operational excellence of a massive live-service mobile game, ensuring stability, efficient pipelines, and quality of life for our developers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Dev Ops and Live Ops to drive strategic and tactical technical operations.
  • Own and optimize development pipelines, ensuring smooth builds and releases.
  • Facilitate Agile rituals and drive clarity across technical teams.
  • Triage and escalate issues to support stable software delivery.
  • Manage dependencies between engineering, QA, and release management.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Production or Technical Project Management in games.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps, Release Frameworks, and Live Service operations.
  • Experience with first-party certification frameworks (Apple/Google).
  • Fluent in English; ability to work in a hybrid model in Spain.
  • Visa Note: Sponsorship is only available for offers meeting the minimum salary threshold of €54,142.
