This role requires a leader with a deep understanding of the mobile game development lifecycle and a passion for optimizing processes to deliver polished, high-quality player experiences.

This role requires a leader with a deep understanding of the mobile game development lifecycle and a passion for optimizing processes to deliver polished, high-quality player experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the overall QA strategy and testing processes for high-velocity, live-service mobile titles.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a talented QA team, fostering a culture of quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Production, Design, and Live Operations to ensure quality is integrated at every stage of development.
- Manage risk, evaluate resource needs, and provide clear communication on the quality status of all features and releases.
- Drive the adoption and refinement of automation strategies to maximize coverage and speed.
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance management, with significant experience in mobile or live-service games.
- Proven leadership ability in managing distributed or multidisciplinary QA teams.
- Deep expertise in QA methodologies, test planning, and defect management for agile development cycles.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in leveraging data to improve QA processes.
- Fluency in English; authorization to work in the EU/Spain is strongly preferred.
