A world-class, high-growth mobile entertainment company is seeking a strategic and experienced QA Director to lead the Quality Assurance function within its Core Technology Vertical. This is a critical leadership role responsible for defining the quality strategy, process, and standards that underpin the stability and performance of the company’s portfolio of global titles.

This is a critical leadership role responsible for defining the quality strategy, process, and standards that underpin the stability and performance of the company’s portfolio of global titles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the long-term QA strategy for the entire Tech Vertical, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing QA team, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of testing methodologies, automation frameworks, and quality gates across multiple, large-scale projects.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Production, and Live Operations to embed quality practices early in the development lifecycle.
- Manage cross-project dependencies, risks, and resource allocation to ensure timely and high-quality feature releases.
- Demonstrated experience in a Director or Senior Management role within Quality Assurance, preferably within mobile gaming or high-volume consumer tech.
- Deep expertise in building, scaling, and managing QA processes and automation strategies for a high-growth technology environment.
- Proven track record of managing and leading geographically distributed teams.
- Exceptional strategic planning, organizational, and communication skills.
- Must be based in the East Coast time zone (EST/AST) or commit to working according to East Coast US hours.
