We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Producer to join a pivotal team managing one of the world's most successful mobile live service games, based on a globally recognized IP. This is an opportunity to join a multi-billion dollar, independent subsidiary of a major international gaming group, working on a title that regularly ranks at the top of the charts.

The Role: Reporting to the Senior Director of Production, you will own the end-to-end development pipeline and delivery process for key feature teams. Success in this role means consistently delivering well-tested, polished, and innovative features on time, without reliance on crunch. This is a leadership position requiring full autonomy and strategic oversight across a large problem space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and own the feature development and delivery pipeline for assigned teams.
• Manage all standard project management layers: planning, risk, resource, capacity, and dependency management.
• Lead the team in adopting and maintaining a strong Agile/Scrum mindset and way of working.
• Ensure alignment with cross-functional stakeholders including Art, Content, Localization, Economy Design, and Live Operations.
• Maintain rigorous task tracking using systems like Jira to reflect current sprint and delivery status.

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of Game Production experience, preferably within the Mobile/Live Ops sector.
• Proven experience working effectively with large, multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong strategic, organizational, and project management skills.
• Unrelenting self-motivation, initiative, and the ability to influence delivery strategy.
• A genuine passion for creating top-quality, player-loved games.
