We are working with a global team of game lovers who are developing, publishing and innovating the mobile games industry, connecting millions of people around the world daily.
The position is based in Barcelona with a hybrid work method.

What You Will Do:
  • Work closely with the Art Director or Associate Art Director in ensuring that the high level art is executed in various feature development.
  • Help create concepts and designs for various features. This can include characters, buildings, and props.
  • Able to create 2D production art for in-game assets when needed.
  • Able to create 3D production art for in-game assets when needed.
  • Work with multiple disciplines (design, UX, product) to develop features for the project.
  • Ability to clearly establish and articulate the vision/art direction to the feature stakeholders and deliver clear feedback to other artists.
  • Help drive an art culture that engages talent, maximizes team potential, and encourages proactive cross-discipline collaboration to deliver the best possible player experience.
  • Art Management responsibilities: performance reviews and goal management for Senior and/or Mid-level artists.
  • Contribute to POD level planning for product/production.
  • Identify inconsistencies and opportunities for improvement within the creative process in POD level.
  • Help ADs in maintaining art team health.

What We're Looking For:
  • 4+ years of experience in Senior level or above.
  • Strong in 2D.
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling using Maya or Blender, with the ability to create final in-game assets when needed.
  • Solid understanding of 3D pipelines and how they support stylized art direction.
  • Experience in developing mass market casual titles on mobile platforms.
  • Experience in managing and supporting a live title.
  • Proven to be flexible, highly motivated and approachable.
  • Highly skilled at articulating and establishing art direction of features in alignment with the overall art vision of the project.
  • Proven skills at providing direction, guidance and mentoring mid/Senior level artists.
  • Have an eye for detail, able to apply expert level art judgment on form, perspective, color.
  • Experience in managing multiple artists.
  • Good understanding of how game art/visual design supports gameplay, UX, narrative and brand positioning / marketing.
  • Deep understanding of art production pipeline in mobile games.

  • Experience in working with an IP.
  • Knowledge in working with Unity.
