We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a talented team working on a top-grossing mobile game. This role combines people leadership with technical oversight, ensuring both team growth and product excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage engineers in the design, development, and maintenance of a large-scale Unity game with C# backend
- Provide mentorship, career growth plans, and training to support team development
- Foster a resilient, collaborative, and forward-thinking team culture
- Oversee development processes, including code reviews and deployment workflows
- Partner with other development pods and departments to align on features and delivery goals
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
- Stay current with industry trends to improve product and processes
- Proven experience managing engineering teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong people leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and employee growth
- Background in software development with understanding of engineering best practices
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail
- Player-first mentality, with a focus on creating engaging, high-quality experiences
