We’re looking for a Senior Unity Developer to look after core gameplay and system-level features, mentor other developers, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, performant code for a live multiplayer title.

We’re looking for a Senior Unity Developer to look after core gameplay and system-level features, mentor other developers, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, performant code for a live multiplayer title.
Responsibilities:
- Design, architect, and implement major gameplay systems and features.
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to plan and scope features, balancing quality with deadlines.
- Ensure top-tier performance, stability, and scalability in multiplayer environments.
- Improve tools and pipelines to streamline content creation and testing.
- Serve as a key point of contact for technical problem-solving and cross-discipline collaboration.
- 5+ years of professional game development experience.
- Expert knowledge of Unity and C# (or equivalent engine/programming background).
- Proven experience with multiplayer systems and live operations.
- Strong understanding of performance optimization and debugging.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Experience shipping free-to-play, online PvP games.
- Familiarity with backend services, matchmaking, or liveops tools.
- Comfort with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
