General Manager – Game Studios
Location: India (Hybrid – min 25% onsite / 75% remote)
Salary: $200,000–$250,000 base + bonus + equity

Are you a visionary leader with a passion for games and a proven track record of scaling studios? A leading global mobile gaming platform is seeking a General Manager – Game Studios to take full ownership of a high-performing portfolio generating over $100M in annual revenue.

This is a rare opportunity to lead a multi-genre game studio through its next phase of growth, with full P&L responsibility and the autonomy to shape strategy, launch new titles, and drive innovation across a diverse catalogue of 30+ games.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the P&L for all game groups, driving revenue, profitability, and growth.
• Define and execute the strategic roadmap across multiple genres.
• Lead cross-functional teams across game design, product, engineering, and marketing.
• Oversee the full game lifecycle – from concept to live ops.
• Partner with marketing and UA to scale player acquisition and retention.
• Ensure compliance with real money gaming regulations.
• Report directly to the executive leadership team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience managing a game studio or portfolio with $75M+ P&L.
• Proven success launching and scaling games across multiple platforms.
• Deep understanding of game mechanics, player behaviour, and monetisation.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
• Experience with machine learning in gaming is a plus.
