• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
• Drive creative vision and ensure alignment with company goals.
• Foster a collaborative, positive team culture.

• Proven experience in game production or project management within the gaming industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for gaming and a creative mindset.
• Experience with agile methodologies is a plus.
