Senior 3D Artist

We're working with a well-funded tech studio developing cutting-edge immersive experiences. They’re building a world-class team of artists and engineers to shape the future of interactive content across AR/VR and high-fidelity 3D platforms. As part of this effort, they’re hiring a talented Senior 3D Artist to join them onsite in Abu Dhabi.

This is a hands-on, creative generalist role for someone who has contributed to high-spec 3D projects, ideally in games, cinematic experiences, or real-time environments. You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team of designers, engineers, and technical artists to produce world-class assets for next-generation platforms.

What You’ll Do:

• Create polished 3D assets across characters, environments, props, and animation-ready rigs
• Contribute to the look and feel of immersive, real-time experiences
• Work within a collaborative team, iterating on art pipelines and asset integration
• Maintain high visual quality while optimizing for performance
• Contribute to creative problem-solving in a fast-moving development environment

What They’re Looking For:

• Strong generalist background with experience across modeling, rigging, texturing, or animation
• Shipped experience on AAA games, real-time 3D projects, or high-fidelity content
• Proficiency in tools like Maya, Blender, 3DS Max, or similar
• A strong portfolio showcasing visual quality and versatility
• Ability to work onsite in Abu Dhabi (relocation provided)

Bonus Skills:

• Experience working with AR/VR platforms
• Familiarity with Unity or Unreal pipelines
• Knowledge of shaders, lighting, or technical art processes
