Your Mission As our Senior Product Manager, you'll drive the strategic vision and execution of our Telegram gaming ecosystem. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Leading product strategy, roadmap creation, and execution to build highly engaging, monetizable games within Telegram.
• Balancing user acquisition, retention, and monetization strategies to optimize player experience and commercial success.
• Defining clear, compelling game experiences that bridge casual fun and competitive excitement, leveraging skill-based mechanics and reward-driven gameplay.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams—development, design, analytics, and marketing—to deliver innovative features and content.
• Conducting rigorous analysis of player behavior and market trends, translating insights into actionable improvements.
• Managing and mitigating live operations, feature development, and player engagement risks.
• Creating and maintaining a high-performing, collaborative team culture throughout the development lifecycle.

We'd Love to Hear From You If You Have:

• A proven track record managing and growing successful gaming products, ideally within mobile, casual gaming, social casino, or instant-play platforms.
• Deep understanding of user acquisition, retention strategies, monetisation models, and live operations.
• Strong analytical capabilities, able to derive meaningful insights from data to drive product decisions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• A keen interest or prior experience in web3, NFTs, or reward-based gaming economies.
• Comfort and adaptability working in a fast-paced, innovative startup environment.

Bonus Points for:

• Direct experience managing games on messaging platforms or Telegram bots.
• Experience working on successful free-to-play or reward-driven games with significant user bases.
• Hands-on familiarity with Unity 3D.
• Prior experience with web3 gaming economies, token launches, or NFT integrations.

Timezone: We strongly prefer candidates based in or near APAC time zones for seamless team collaboration. Will hire from EU and all countries East of this timezone!
