Role Overview
The Senior / Lead User Acquisition Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of the company's games through effective user acquisition strategies. This role involves managing and optimizing UA campaigns across various channels, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring that the games reach a wide and engaged audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across multiple channels, including social media ads, search engine marketing, and other ad networks.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of UA managers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.
- Budget Management: Oversee the planning and budgetary control of UA marketing efforts, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data to uncover insights, refine strategies, and improve overall effectiveness.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the creative, analytics, and product teams to develop and implement innovative UA strategies.
- Innovation: Continuously explore new growth hacking opportunities and creative ways to enhance user acquisition efforts.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the key point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met and that UA strategies align with business goals.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in mobile gaming user acquisition, with a proven track record of managing successful UA campaigns.
- Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with statistical analysis tools. Familiarity with tracking systems such as Appsflyer, Adjust, and TUNE.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Leadership: Previous management experience, with the ability to lead and mentor a team effectively.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Creativity: A creative mindset with a passion for finding innovative solutions to complex challenges.
- Language: Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
