Title: Senior Product Analyst / Lead Product Analyst

Location:
Barcelona (will relocate) or Tel Aviv 

Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid 

As a Senior/Lead Product Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping the strategies of our dynamic product teams. You will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets to drive product decisions and enhance user engagement across our suite of digital products. Your insights will directly influence product design, marketing strategies, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Conduct deep, actionable analysis across large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Develop metrics and models to test the effectiveness of different strategies.
  • Product Strategy Development: Work closely with product managers to understand business needs and provide data-driven insights to inform product strategy and roadmaps.
  • Reporting & Visualization: Create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide insights to product teams and senior management. Ensure data accuracy and consistent reporting by designing and creating optimal processes and procedures for analytics employees to follow.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to implement analytical frameworks and tools for new features and products.
  • Leadership: Mentor junior analysts, leading by example to foster a culture of analytics and continuous improvement within the team.
  • User Behaviour Analysis: Use advanced analytics techniques to understand detailed user behaviour and predict future actions of users.
  • Experimentation and A/B Testing: Design and analyze A/B tests to optimize product performance and user experience.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a product analytics role, ideally within a digital or mobile product environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling using tools such as Python or R.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and offer insights and solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical team members.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree in a quantitative field.
  • Experience in mobile gaming or interactive entertainment industries.
  • Leadership experience or proven capability in managing and directing a dynamic team.
