We’re looking for a Talent Sourcer / Recruiter to join our delivery team. This is a candidate focused role with no business development, perfect if you want to build strong pipelines and deliver top talent without cold sales.
What a day in the life of InGame Recruiter looks like:
- Predominately focused on searching, identifying and screening candidates for creative and/or tech roles for our clients.
- Manage end-to-end candidate process (CV prep, interview scheduling, feedback, offer stage).
- Partner with senior recruiters to ensure client needs are met.
- Non KPI driven culture, we believe in a people centric workplace is key to our success.
- Place integrity at the heart of the recruitment process. Open, real and honest approach to recruitment, with full transparency.

Qualifications / Experience:-
- 2+ years recruitment experience at an agency or internal in the video games sector.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
- Self-Motivated and disciplined.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to organize and prioritise workload.
- Higher level education is preferred.
