Senior QA Analyst
Location: Sevilla, Spain (Hybrid)
No visa sponsorship, but relocation support for EU citizens.

We are looking for a Senior QA Analyst to support one of the world’s most successful mobile titles. In this role, you’ll be embedded within a cross-functional pod, driving quality from concept through to release, and collaborating closely with developers, customer support, and release teams to maintain the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

• Own quality output for your pod’s features and content releases, ensuring defect prevention and strong user experience
• Design and execute clear test plans, including scope, resourcing, and tool requirements
• Build, maintain, and execute test suites tailored to evolving pod needs
• Manage and prioritize bugs effectively, ensuring alignment with development cycles
• Lead onboarding of embedded QA resources and foster strong collaboration
• Raise pre-production quality concerns and champion a proactive “shift left” testing approach
• Support playtests, live issue investigations, and holistic app health monitoring (e.g., crashes, ANRs)
• Collaborate across QA and development teams to align on best practices and release strategies

Requirements:

• Strong QA background with experience in mobile game testing
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong attention to detail
• Skilled in time management, organization, and multitasking under deadlines
• Experience with JIRA or similar bug tracking systems
• Familiarity with iOS/Android submission processes
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and reporting skills
• Solid understanding of the game development lifecycle
