You’ll work with designers, artists, data analysts, and engineers to deliver engaging gameplay and LiveOps features, while experimenting with AI-assisted workflows to unlock speed and innovation.

About the Role
We’re looking for a Game Engineer to help design, develop, and scale the systems and tools that power a top-tier mobile game. You’ll work with designers, artists, data analysts, and engineers to deliver engaging gameplay and LiveOps features, while experimenting with AI-assisted workflows to unlock speed and innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the design, development, and scaling of gameplay systems, LiveOps tools, and content pipelines.
- Write clean, performant, and testable code across gameplay, backend integrations, and supporting systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to bring new ideas to life and continuously improve the player experience.
- Prototype new features, systems, and AI-driven workflows that accelerate creativity and productivity.
- Learn from and contribute to a high-performing engineering team shaping the future of live mobile development.
- Strong programming fundamentals in any language, with a passion for building engaging player experiences.
- Experience with Unity and C#, plus familiarity with tools like Git, Docker, or cloud services.
- Curiosity about AI-assisted creativity, automation, and content workflows.
- Ability to think like a systems designer — balancing scalability, efficiency, and evolution over time.
- Open to diverse backgrounds: whether self-taught, career-shifting, or bringing experience from another discipline.
- Contributions to creative or technical projects such as games, mods, tools, or art.
- Familiarity with backend systems, data pipelines, or infrastructure/observability.
- Prior exposure to shipping live games (not required — training provided).
